Im tryin to find a place where i can live out side of starfleet so its just a short walk... If anyone has any info where they can help me just leave it an i would be thankful

last i checked theres still floors available in the tower block in the corner of Aeon.... Aeon is the only place you can walk to Galaxy from ATM. not so sure about the small buildings, would need to have quick fly round.
think all the places for rent have boards outside and have some sort of rent system box inside... never clicked on one to find out what it does or if they give out info
If you find a place you like give the admiralty a PM... theyll be able to help with pricing and such

Inside a house for rent you will find the board, which you can pay direct. You can pay up to 8 weeks in advance. As soon as you pay this box it will email the landlord and it will vanish. Touching this box will give you information on how much you need to pay out for one weeks rent.
If you pay too much or too little you will get back the money and have to try again.
Once you have the house rented under your name, to continue payments you will need to find the little blue box usually on the ground floor hovering or just sticking out of the cieling. You can then pay that to maintain your payments. Also you can click on this to view how many days you have available on your rent.
You will get a message sent to you when your house rent is about to end. If you do forget to pay, the admiralty are often nice enough to let you keep your things in there for a certain amount of time if you intend to re-rent the building when you can pay. Although I wouldn't want to test them on that... be careful as when your rent runs out without you maintaining it, someone else can rent that house by paying the blue box.
Once you have a house under your name, you should IM Cobramax Mechanique so you can get put into the Galaxy Homeowners group.
As for avaiable houses, I know they go fast. I recently upgraded to a larger house so you might want to check out G-3h for $L350 a week. Unless someone has already snapped it up. It's a nice small two floor house with a view of the sandbox in Galaxy.
