[15:07] You: 2.4 Recruits: Upon a successful processing by Personnel, a new group member will be invited to join the SFCSLQ group and issued a Recruit uniform and titler. All Recruits will wear their full uniform, Recruit titler, and group name while in any of the SFCSLQ sims.
[15:07] You: 2.5 Enlisted: After successful requirement completion, promotion, and placement, all enlisted personnel will be issued a Crewman uniform and titler. All Crewmen will wear the appropriate division uniform with indicating color, collar insignia, rank titler, and division group name.
[15:08] You: 2.6 Officers: After successful requirement completion, promotion, and placement, all Officer personnel will be issued an Officer uniform and titler. All Officers will wear the appropriate division uniform with indicating color, collar insignia, rank titler, and division group name. 2.7 Weapons: No weapons, working or decorative, will be worn by any personnel at any time unless authorized during role-playing or tactical training.
[15:08] You: 2.8 Role-Playing Simulations and Special Events: All personnel participating in role-playing simulations or special events (including tactical training) will wear the applicable uniform, collar insignia, rank titler, and division group name as assigned. All "bling" and animations should be turned off, if possible, during these times to avoid lag. Weapons may only be worn or used in role-playing simulations, special events, and tactical training sessions, as authorized by officers in command. Under no circumstances, shall Role Play Event / Session uniforms/ranks be worn under General Operating Conditions in the sims. 2.9 Exceptions to these uniform and weapon regulations may be granted on a case-by-case basis, to allow for non-human species and simulations.

They are currently available in a box on the reception counter of the medical clinic in Galaxy (G-13). Click on the box and "buy" a set for $0. A boxed set of Starfleet athletic clothing and animations are also available at the same location.

[16:28] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: In Constellation, there are 12 apartments open for rent in the Bixby Towers complex and one house for rent.

In addition, the "Sim Manager" will create community activities and events in their sims i.e. like host a RP type apartment social gatherings, and other community events like a block party; parades; carnivals, etc. They will try to make living in the sim apartments/housing more a social event and fun.
[16:29] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: As it was stated earlier, there will be at current 3 Sim Manager positions open. There will be one for Aeon; Galaxy; and Constellation. A forth one for Sovereign will be added later.
[16:30] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: The Sim Manager will be selected from the best of the best. We only require the best regardless. Unlike the other positions out there in SFCSLQ, there will be a three interview phase for this position.

[16:29] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: The position of "Sim Manager" will be responsible in renting out the open/available rental units in their respected sims to future renters. In addition, the "Sim Manager" will create community activities and events in their sims i.e. like host a RP type apartment social gatherings, and other community events like a block party; parades; carnivals, etc. They will try to make living in the sim apartments/housing more a social event and fun.
