[2008/05/11 15:35] Journey Juran: The planned transfer of our primary activities from the medical clinic and counseling suite in Galaxy over to the new Medical Center in Constellation will be done this coming week. Work on the new Center is proceeding slowly but surely, and once the operational move has been made most medical and counseling activities will resume on the ground floor of the new building. Construction and outfitting of the upper floors of the Center will proceed until completion.

[2008/05/11 16:21] Kyler McMahon: In Aeon, 2 houses and two apartments in the Trip Towers are open for rent.
[2008/05/11 16:21] Kyler McMahon: In Constellation, there are 14 apartments open for rent in the Bixby Towers complex.
[2008/05/11 16:21] Kyler McMahon: Now, in Galaxy, there are at current 5 houses and 3 apartments in the Jonathan Archer Building open to rent.
[2008/05/11 16:22] Kyler McMahon: Please IM Admiral Mechanique and/or myself for any pricing of the available rentals. By renting in SFCSLQ sims, you are helping in the maintaince and keeping SFCSLQ lands alive and open for all in SL to enjoy.
[2008/05/11 16:22] Kyler McMahon: r several days and weeks now, my staff has been doing "prim counts" of each residential (homes and apartments) units occupied in SFCSLQ sims in order to maintain the stability of the sims. Based off these prim count reports, (not to mention any names here) some of you have been given a warning to reduce your prim count to meet the maximum allowance allotted for that home and/or apartment. I know it is hard to do this and be able to maintain your "lifestyle" tastes in living at the same time.
[2008/05/11 16:22] Kyler McMahon: o know what your prim limit is for your area, just simple check on a blue infomation box which should be locate near the ceiling or roof of your residences. To see how many prims you have, just shop for a prim counter or just click on the Tools menu option of your SL window -> go to About Land, then click on the Object tab of the About Land window. Where it states "Primitives parcel supports" that is the maximum prims allowed. Now, where it states "Primitives on parcel" that is how many prims you have on that parcel. If the bottom number is larger than the top number then you need to reduce your prims to meet or get below the maximum allowed. For thoses who resided in an apartment like the Trip Towers and Jonathan Archer Building, please get with my Chief of Staff, Lt jg MissySkyra Yoshikawa for the needed prim allowanc

The screening process will be very tough so only the best of the best will be left to serve in Group Assets. Please drop a notecard with your current stats for the GA Trainee position. [2008/05/11 16:23] Kyler McMahon: A new position within Group Assets has be created and will be working along the side of the parcel owner, Admiral Cobramax Mechanique and Group Assets. The position of "Sim Manager" will be responsible for the rental units in renting them out in each sim. There will be at current 3 Sim Manager position open. There will be one for Aeon; Galaxy; and Constellation. A forth one for Sovereign will be added later.
[2008/05/11 16:23] Kyler McMahon: Like the GA trainee position, the Sim Manager will be selected from the best of the best. We only require the best regardless. Unlike the other positions out there in SFCSLQ, there will be a three interview phase for this position. The first two interviews phases will be conducted by myself and my senior GA staff to see what the candidates can offer in the way of ideas and expertise and experience to the position and to the group as a whole.

Base off recommendation from the senior GA staff and myself, the Admiral will interview each of the candidates. The Admiral, alone, will make his final decision and approval on whose to be a Sim Manager. So, if you are up for a challenge, please drop a notecard with your current stats for the Sim Manager.

[2008/05/11 16:21] Kyler McMahon: In Aeon, 2 houses and two apartments in the Trip Towers are open for rent.
[2008/05/11 16:21] Kyler McMahon: In Constellation, there are 14 apartments open for rent in the Bixby Towers complex.
[2008/05/11 16:21] Kyler McMahon: Now, in Galaxy, there are at current 5 houses and 3 apartments in the Jonathan Archer Building open to rent.
[2008/05/11 16:22] Kyler McMahon: Please IM Admiral Mechanique and/or myself for any pricing of the available rentals. By renting in SFCSLQ sims, you are helping in the maintaince and keeping SFCSLQ lands alive and open for all in SL to enjoy.
[2008/05/11 16:22] Kyler McMahon: r several days and weeks now, my staff has been doing "prim counts" of each residential (homes and apartments) units occupied in SFCSLQ sims in order to maintain the stability of the sims. Based off these prim count reports, (not to mention any names here) some of you have been given a warning to reduce your prim count to meet the maximum allowance allotted for that home and/or apartment. I know it is hard to do this and be able to maintain your "lifestyle" tastes in living at the same time.
[2008/05/11 16:22] Kyler McMahon: o know what your prim limit is for your area, just simple check on a blue infomation box which should be locate near the ceiling or roof of your residences. To see how many prims you have, just shop for a prim counter or just click on the Tools menu option of your SL window -> go to About Land, then click on the Object tab of the About Land window. Where it states "Primitives parcel supports" that is the maximum prims allowed. Now, where it states "Primitives on parcel" that is how many prims you have on that parcel. If the bottom number is larger than the top number then you need to reduce your prims to meet or get below the maximum allowed. For thoses who resided in an apartment like the Trip Towers and Jonathan Archer Building, please get with my Chief of Staff, Lt jg MissySkyra Yoshikawa for the needed prim allowanc

The screening process will be very tough so only the best of the best will be left to serve in Group Assets. Please drop a notecard with your current stats for the GA Trainee position. [2008/05/11 16:23] Kyler McMahon: A new position within Group Assets has be created and will be working along the side of the parcel owner, Admiral Cobramax Mechanique and Group Assets. The position of "Sim Manager" will be responsible for the rental units in renting them out in each sim. There will be at current 3 Sim Manager position open. There will be one for Aeon; Galaxy; and Constellation. A forth one for Sovereign will be added later.
[2008/05/11 16:23] Kyler McMahon: Like the GA trainee position, the Sim Manager will be selected from the best of the best. We only require the best regardless. Unlike the other positions out there in SFCSLQ, there will be a three interview phase for this position. The first two interviews phases will be conducted by myself and my senior GA staff to see what the candidates can offer in the way of ideas and expertise and experience to the position and to the group as a whole.
[2008/05/11 16:24] Kyler McMahon: The final interview phase will be conducted by Admiral Mechanique, himself. Base off recommendation from the senior GA staff and myself, the Admiral will interview each of the candidates. The Admiral, alone, will make his final decision and approval on whose to be a Sim Manager. So, if you are up for a challenge, please drop a notecard with your current stats for the Sim Manager.
