Where can I get an application to join Starfleet and attend the Academy and do we post those here?

You are certainly welcome to post your application to the Academy here on the forums. And I would like also to open up this thread to ideas on material for the Academy.
I have prepared a few lessons based on the StarTrek Technical Manuel, for the Academy classes, but it would be great for members to contribute subject material for the Academy to do so, and to also indicate availability to hold classes on the more hands on type of lessons, for example, how to build a tricorder, or how to script a trek type sliding door, just to throw out some possible ideas.

Shallon Thereian reporting for duty and I would like to apply to attend the Academy. My only issue is that I am in UK so it helps me if at least some of the sessions are to take place during Euro-friendly times.
I am a teacher in a high school so eventually (when I feel more confident that is ) I can alos offer my services to lead things.
