If I could suggest, as long as the board is enabled to allow for image tags and URLs, it's possible to actually show the images within the thread itself.

For instance [ URL = http : // www. MyOnlineImages .com / Members / Zania%20Jaarda / images / SecondLife.gif ] [ img ] http : // www. MyOnlineImages .com / Members / Zania%20Jaarda / images / thumbs / SecondLife.gif [ / img ][ / URL ], without all of the spaces, would look like this:



(This example not only shows the image, but also the ability for the use of a clickable thumbnail, which some free image providers allow.)

If I could suggest, what about the possibility of doing official event image threads, and then an unofficial one? - The offical ones could specifically be for each roleplay (once the group branches out to offer more), and for each tactical event. The unofficial one could be a general thread for group members to post their own snapshots that they've taken at those same events.
