Hmmmm......

I was reading the forum of another group I'm involved with and some thoughts came to mind regarding this project.

Should Star Fleet Second Quadrant have a unique charter or just use Star Fleet's charter?

Will Galaxy be governed as a military base under HQ or will it be a separate city that is the location of HQ? If a military base, does not the HQ need a functioning group to administer to the needs of the city, leases, security etc.? If a separate city, should it have a mayor and council?

Just figured I throw these out for some discussion.

Galaxy is a city
Sci-fi city it will need a mayor, council, and infrastructure.
Currently, it has Governor Cobramax, and a Building
Team working on the infrastructure, Al Kaiser, Glenn Good, dora, Kype, Ta, moxie communications expert, pardon the partial names. The rest is open!
