This is a formal announcement that Lt. Commander Cinfull Vixen has been promoted to the position of Commandant of the StarFleet Academy.
We are pleased that the Former Lead of personnel is willing to take on the challenge of better organizing the Academy.

Please give her a big smile and congradulations! when you see her around the sim. The Vice officer of the Academy will be Dane Seattle.
