[16:15] Ethan Muldoon: The effective leadership is a class I compiled from Real Life programs, training classes, several areas.
[16:16] Ethan Muldoon: The advanced leadership is also based on RL principles and authors. But this class is still being developed a bit based on a class created by the Admiral and a few others.

[16:16] Ethan Muldoon: There are several classes currently in the Academy...and we have dedicated instructors that volunteer there time to teach.

[16:17] Ethan Muldoon: I get reports on who attends each class, and I have seen many of you on there...but remember this is your academy too. As we add classes, feel free to attend.
