To elaborate:
1st option: No guns visible EXCEPT DO/Security/Tactical officers, and during events and in the tactical areas under the sandbox and in the borg cube. This means I cant wear my phaser pistols except in those areas and during certain events.
2nd option: Holstered guns are OK to be worn in all public areas, the discharge of said guns to be allowed only in the tactical area under the sand box and in the borg cube and during events. This means I can wear my phaser pistols everywhere.
3rd option: Absolutely NO guns to be worn, even by the DO/Security/tactical. The ONLY place for guns to be allowed would be in the tactical area under the sand box and borg cube and during events.
Hopefully I have been able to break this discussion down into the basic questions.
