[15:19] You: We have learned from the Robin Hood event, that a continuous RolePlay which such events require, we need to make sure *everyone* knows what has happened.

[15:54] Ethan Muldoon: Please be patient, I am doing this report on the fly, as I had to work in RL today
[15:55] Ethan Muldoon: The Academy is coming along nicely. I have been meeting with Senior staff to see what can be done to improve things.
[15:55] Ethan Muldoon: We have 2 new classes that could be coming soon. More will come on those soon.
[15:56] Ethan Muldoon: We are now offering the Recruit Orientation Class on three different days and time frames during the week and weekends.
[15:56] Ethan Muldoon: It seems this may be working to get coverage for those needing that class.
[15:56] Ethan Muldoon: For those people that are instructors, please make sure you are sending your class rosters with grades to both Lt. RoBobby McMillan and myself.
[15:57] Ethan Muldoon: The Academy has created a googledoc spreadsheet to use for tracking pass/fail results for classes taken by members of the Fleet
[15:57] Ethan Muldoon: This will allow staff members other than the registrar to see what a person has taken
[15:58] Ethan Muldoon: Plan is to also make this available to the Placement Office so they can verify as well, if needed.
[15:58] Ethan Muldoon: with regards to the Registrar, RoBobby McMillan has been filling this position on an acting basis, but would like to devote more of his time to the Library.
[15:59] Ethan Muldoon: Therefore, I posted an open position on the forums for a Registrar, part of the the Academy Senior STaff.
[15:59] Ethan Muldoon: Please take a look at it.

[16:00] Deej Kasshiki: Commander, what is being done to address the shortage of instructors and have all the dean positions been filled?
[16:01] Ethan Muldoon: We have put a call out for instructors for the classes that we are currently offering, which is about 7 or 8 classes
[16:01] Ethan Muldoon: Last week, I also asked for people that are willing to write classes, we can look for someone else to teach if the author does not have the time. This team work, will help to increase the classes we are carrying.
[16:02] Ethan Muldoon: With regards to the Dean positions, nothing additional has been added. First focus has been to ensure we have the courses we have now covered.
