[16:09] Vanessa Noarlunga: Science Report Due to my RL job I was unable to attend and work with the science department as I usually do and should. The next week will be even worse as I am going to be on location with very little time to log on, but it is the last week on this project and we are expect to wrap up on Saturday night.
[16:09] Vanessa Noarlunga: The move of the Science department into the Galaxy tower and the ordered second move put a big strain on the morale and regular work of the science department. While the room is more than adequate, the prim allowance is of such that we can not house all Science in the Galaxy tower and thus must continuously rely on rented auxiliary houses. The NNZ that was designated to take some
science is currently occupied.
[16:09] Vanessa Noarlunga: Overall I am very proud of my science department and especially the folks who make up its ranks, Despite all the set backs and stress situations they are working together to make the best out of the situations at hand. It is such times that the true value of friendship and comradeship shines brightest.
[16:09] Vanessa Noarlunga: In association with the admiralty, I am working on a permanent solution and I have the firm conviction we are back to normal by the mid of next week, one way or the other permanency will be restored and we will focus once more on what the sci department is supposed to do…have fun and do some research, participate in activities and yes I repeat…have fun.
[16:10] Vanessa Noarlunga: The office and permanent home issue for some and all Science groups will be addressed the coming week…as much as I can. I promise you all that every activity group, department will have a place latest in 10 days, promise!
[16:10] Vanessa Noarlunga: The SLQ movie studio group had made some advances today and identified al the tools they need. A Darwin Quicktime Server and Shoutcast audio streaming) is going to be online next week, both for Ten Forward Movies and for SLQ Studios .
[16:10] Vanessa Noarlunga: SS- SAGITTARIUS is almost done. And will be open for SLQ role play in 7 days. The Admiral himself is planning a few RP events as I understand. SS Sagittarius is a SLQ group and under full and complete authority of SLQ. The departments on the station like security are RP / Station only and have no reflection onto SFCSLQ as whole.

[16:27] Andromeda Quonset: tem 4 : New Auditorium in Constellation: The biggest suggestion I recieved about this auditorium was to lower the seats so that everyone's feet touch the floor when sitting.

[16:27] Andromeda Quonset: And I have installed a new display system. I suspect it is a little too big for the room
