[15:20] Vanessa Noarlunga: 1) GENERAL STATEMENTS The new SIM / Island named Constellation has been delivered east of Galaxy. To make sure rumors have no chance here are some facts: • Yes I was fundamentally involved in the purchase and finance part of the new SIM, however I like to state an underline for the public record: The SIM is a gift from e to SFCSLQ and under sole ownership of Cobramax, this was done to prevent any possible repeats of the Galaxy events. • I didn’t do it to become an admiral or get any special treatment. I am quite happy as Science Chief and have no aspirations or goals otherwise. • Shape and purpose: What shape and purpose the new Island takes are questions I can not answer at this point as it will be a Command (Cobra) directed effort and I am sure the Admirals will make announcements regarding that.

[15:21] Vanessa Noarlunga: UNIFORMS. We are a large Organization and keep growing. The Science department has grown in size , purpose and activity quite measurable in the past few month. Now for the last two weeks I initiated a program I call: “Pride and Purpose”. I myself lead this effort and the goal of this program is to transform the Science department of SFCSLQ into a unit. A place where members can feel pride and a sense of belonging. A place where mutual respect, skills and efforts are paramount, not ranks and politics. To instill a spirit de corps so to speak..
[15:21] Vanessa Noarlunga: To accomplish that I asked and ask all my fellow science staff to continue to help me meet this challenge with ideas and suggestions as how to weld this group of individuals in to a team. Some of the measures taken so far is to issue every science member a nice Uniform. Uniform the very word is defined as “Uni = One “ . Now non science member has harassed and confronted a number of my staff and took offense that Cadets are allowed to wear Science Blue.
[15:21] Vanessa Noarlunga: To this I say: the rules clearly state that any member is allowed to wear any Uniform when not t official meetings. None of the individuals wore any rank insignia and it is the rank insignia not he uniform that makes the difference. The science department welcomed and will welcome experienced officers s well as Cadets and every individual is judged by his or her skills, conduct, personality and interaction rather than by rank.
[15:22] Vanessa Noarlunga: Respect can not be ordered or asked for, respect is earned and I will continue to listen to every individuals ideas and suggestions regardless of rank or time served. If we accept a Cadet as Science Intern and he or she shows interest, interaction and enthusiasm he or she is welcome, even encouraged to wear the Uniforms we make available.
[15:22] Vanessa Noarlunga: The science department also commences the “ABOUT ME” Challenge, where individuals of our department have the chance to make a small exhibit about themselves. To tell about their hobbies, their character or home town , pet, home country or whatever else the individual likes to share so we all might get to know each other better. A “Cardboard” cut out of every participant will be made and later placed on permanent display. Details of this challenge can be read at the announcement board at my temporary office in Aeon.

[15:20] Vanessa Noarlunga: 1) GENERAL STATEMENTS The new SIM / Island named Constellation has been delivered east of Galaxy. To make sure rumors have no chance here are some facts: • Yes I was fundamentally involved in the purchase and finance part of the new SIM, however I like to state an underline for the public record: The SIM is a gift from e to SFCSLQ and under sole ownership of Cobramax, this was done to prevent any possible repeats of the Galaxy events. • I didn’t do it to become an admiral or get any special treatment. I am quite happy as Science Chief and have no aspirations or goals otherwise. • Shape and purpose: What shape and purpose the new Island takes are questions I can not answer at this point as it will be a Command (Cobra) directed effort and I am sure the Admirals will make announcements regarding that.

[15:21] Vanessa Noarlunga: UNIFORMS. We are a large Organization and keep growing. The Science department has grown in size , purpose and activity quite measurable in the past few month. Now for the last two weeks I initiated a program I call: “Pride and Purpose”. I myself lead this effort and the goal of this program is to transform the Science department of SFCSLQ into a unit. A place where members can feel pride and a sense of belonging. A place where mutual respect, skills and efforts are paramount, not ranks and politics. To instill a spirit de corps so to speak..
[15:21] Vanessa Noarlunga: To accomplish that I asked and ask all my fellow science staff to continue to help me meet this challenge with ideas and suggestions as how to weld this group of individuals in to a team. Some of the measures taken so far is to issue every science member a nice Uniform. Uniform the very word is defined as “Uni = One “ . Now non science member has harassed and confronted a number of my staff and took offense that Cadets are allowed to wear Science Blue.
[15:21] Vanessa Noarlunga: To this I say: the rules clearly state that any member is allowed to wear any Uniform when not t official meetings. None of the individuals wore any rank insignia and it is the rank insignia not he uniform that makes the difference. The science department welcomed and will welcome experienced officers s well as Cadets and every individual is judged by his or her skills, conduct, personality and interaction rather than by rank.
[15:22] Vanessa Noarlunga: Respect can not be ordered or asked for, respect is earned and I will continue to listen to every individuals ideas and suggestions regardless of rank or time served. If we accept a Cadet as Science Intern and he or she shows interest, interaction and enthusiasm he or she is welcome, even encouraged to wear the Uniforms we make available.
[15:22] Vanessa Noarlunga: The science department also commences the “ABOUT ME” Challenge, where individuals of our department have the chance to make a small exhibit about themselves. To tell about their hobbies, their character or home town , pet, home country or whatever else the individual likes to share so we all might get to know each other better. A “Cardboard” cut out of every participant will be made and later placed on permanent display. Details of this challenge can be read at the announcement board at my temporary office in Aeon.

If the counselor comes across problems he or she is doesn't know how to handle, the counselor may ask for aid from the leads, without violating client confidentiality. The leads will address the situation either by themselves or asking an other counselors to aid.....
