And as well to Ludo Merit, who was our old lead. Those two have lost sleep in the last few days for this group. And i want us to repsect them, and congratulate them, and encourage them.

[16:28] Dolamite Giffen: With the advent of certain officers leaving and others being looked at poorly the need for counseling division is increasing expidentially. We need to start doing what we need to do here, and not be dedicated to other sims, and other lives. I know this is for fun, but 700 people depend on us.

And as well to Ludo Merit, who was our old lead. Those two have lost sleep in the last few days for this group. And i want us to repsect them, and congratulate them, and encourage them.

It will help us all in our leadership, and conflict and crisis resolution. Our skills need to be improved if we really wish to maintain a trek like (Utopian) feel. I took this last week and it was very successful, and helpful to other members.
[16:28] Dolamite Giffen: With the advent of certain officers leaving and others being looked at poorly the need for counseling division is increasing expidentially. We need to start doing what we need to do here, and not be dedicated to other sims, and other lives. I know this is for fun, but 700 people depend on us.

[16:29] Dolamite Giffen: Counseling division is working on making a rp version of counseling, that is seperate from the current NonRp coaching that we do...
