This is a discussion to leave feedback on a proposal for Enlisted rank oppertunites being considered.
The idea is to create oppertunities for a Enlisted Crewmen player base, these differ from Officers as promotion isnt based on Command ability but the level of your technical skill giving players the ability to recieve recognition for thier skill and time spent in service to Starfleet.
In canon crewmen are non commisioned rates/ranks, below Officer ranks who make up a large part of Starfleets base workforce, think of Officers as managers and leads and crewmen as the skilled work force.
A trial basis may well be developed for Logistics, and will offer a good oppertunity for us to recognise the ability and skill of starfleet personnel.
