First, let me say that I've been involved w/ SL Starfleet for less than a week but I'm already very impressed with this community. There is potential for much coolness here.

That said, I'm sure it would be fun to have some RL meetups at some point (this has already been proposed in another thread re. the SE USA). I'm in Western WA (near Seattle), and we are very fortunate to have the newly opened Sci-Fi Museum www.sfhomeworld.org/ here. Wouldn't it be cool to do a field trip someday? How many others live within easy travel distance of Seattle? I'm only a boat ride and a bit of driving away.

My self i was not that far way few mouths back. I had taken a Load of good's too the north part of ORAGEN veary nice up there.. by the way. if i could that be nice trip over there that someday... I may have to fly up there..

I'm about three hours south, near Portland, Oregon. Prng and I have been wanting to check out the SciFi Museum for some time, but haven't gotten up that way. A meet-up would be a great excuse!
