[16:31] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: I'm reporting that SFCSLQ JAG Division is currently busy with several issues of interest.
[16:31] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: On a side note: ( /me on her soapbox, now) There have been some reports out there recently that are very alarming regarding JAG and its purpose. I'm standing here before you all in this Auditorium to set the record straight.
[16:31] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: The JAG Division and its mission is to maintain the intergity and preservation of the SFCSLQ Sim rules and regulations. JAG will bring fairness and protect the rights of the members/ non-members on trail. JAG will deal with cases/issues in a "professional manner" and that friendships with the non-member(s)/member(s) on trail will not affect the judgement of the court. JAG is setup to review all factual evidences to each case brought forth and give a fair unbias judgment based upon the evidences with or without a jury present.
[16:31] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: There is no side-stepping this process. While some out there are trying to cheat the system proclaiming that JAG is "...letting me off the hook"; is total perjury. This course of treachery is not going to fly with me; not while I'm in charge of SFCSLQ JAG Division or anyone else that follows after me. I find it very hard to comprehend why anyone would jeopardize their own future and for what.
[16:32] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: There are no free rides on cases/issues brought forth to JAG. None at all.
[16:32] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: This position I'm in is not an easy one and there are times that certain cases requires a more direct approach with swift judgment to resolve and finalize the issue based off the Sim rules and regulations along with SL TOS agreement, if applicable.

[16:31] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: On a side note: ( /me on her soapbox, now) There have been some reports out there recently that are very alarming regarding JAG and its purpose. I'm standing here before you all in this Auditorium to set the record straight.
[16:31] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: The JAG Division and its mission is to maintain the intergity and preservation of the SFCSLQ Sim rules and regulations. JAG will bring fairness and protect the rights of the members/ non-members on trail. JAG will deal with cases/issues in a "professional manner" and that friendships with the non-member(s)/member(s) on trail will not affect the judgement of the court. JAG is setup to review all factual evidences to each case brought forth and give a fair unbias judgment based upon the evidences with or without a jury present.
[16:31] MissySkyra Yoshikawa: There is no side-stepping this process. While some out there are trying to cheat the system proclaiming that JAG is "...letting me off the hook"; is total perjury. This course of treachery is not going to fly with me; not while I'm in charge of SFCSLQ JAG Division or anyone else that follows after me. I find it very hard to comprehend why anyone would jeopardize their own future and for what.
