I think further clarification needs to be address in regards to the new Divisions, as some of them coincide with one another. An example would be the Science and Research Division; collecting and initiating experiments is a critical part of the duty of a science officer, but this neatly falls into the duties of a Research team as well. If you were to elaborate in each of the Division threads as to the goals, requirements, or general description of the tasks expected, it would assist others (myself included) in selecting the appropriate field.
